Duathlon

We had a great day on Tuesday for our duathlon. The weather was perfect, no wind and no rain! We had lots of people come and cheer us on. The children in Ruma Rua all did extremely well, with everyone completing the race!

Marae Visit

What a great day we had at Te Rangimarie Marae. We were welcomed onto the marae with a powhiri, complete with a hongi. We performed our pepehas and visited the river. After lunch the boys performed the haka and the girls performed a dance with poi. We had a fun day out. A big thank you to all the amazing peopled who helped us on our trip.

We have been at school for 100 days! We have been counting up to 100 since our first day of school back in January. We celebrated with having a 100 day party, we danced, created hats and painted 100 things! What a great day of learning.

Gymnastics at Gymsport

TKW travelled by bus to Gymsport Manawatu to have out final gymnastic lesson at the gym with our instructors. It was fun to use new equipment like the rings, bars and climbing frames. We tumbled, jumped. climbed, swung and had lots of fun!
